Lupe was born in Mexico and moved to San Francisco with her family as a teenager. She has been a missionary of the Verbum Dei community for over 30 years...Lupe finds great joy in bringing the community of faith together and opening ways for encountering God. She is passionate for the Word of God and seeks the means for it to “become flesh” in our world and neighborhood through the experiences of the everyday. Lupe enjoys going for afternoon walks and spending time with Merlin, the community's four-legged furry friend and pet.
