Silent Retreat Seeds of Life Spirituality Center

Join us for a week silent retreat to deepen in your relationship with God. It is a time to rest and connect deeply with the source of your life and all life.
Based in Catholic tradition we draw from Scripture, the mystical tradition and Verbum Dei Spirituality.

We offer these longer retreats bilingually. That means that we offer two prayer reflections a day. One in Spanish and one in English. There is simultaneous translation if needed. We are able to provide spiritual direction in either English or Spanish.
Although these retreats are deeply personal, we offer this week of retreat as a group experience and the experience of community across different cultures is very enriching and deepens throughout the retreat.
